My mother bought a dishwasher from the owners of this shop. The dishwasher never worked properly it shorted the power out in the house plus it leaked water all over the floor. When trying to get a resolution through warranty she was fobbed off and told it was not their problem. It is up to the dealer or retailer to sort out warranty claims. It is not up to the consumer to chase around all over the place to sort out Minor Defects nor in this case a Major Defect.
