Ambience great enjoyed the meal however like all eating places now the meals are too big. I hate wasted food that has to go into landfill or even recycling but I always have to send some back usually chips . Why not offer a choice of a small, medium or large serve of chips? Or better still why not a small, medium or large meal?
Fantastic atmosphere and location, friendly staff. Food was the worst we've ever had, I would prefer cat food. Until they get another chef we will not be returning.
I can only recommend this place especially if you have children. A safe playground, kids menus with a lot of choice ( they get serve first), and a pier with thousand of fishes to feed with the leftovers. the food was delicious and good value for the money.The fresh breeze from the river, the open space.. the Tavern has it all.
Great views food in general looked great but I ordered a medium steak but was well done. Its them simple things that make or break a place. Great seating area overlooking river. Friendly staff.
Wow I loved everything about the place! Exceptional outdoor undercover area that over looks the river. Great kids play ground & I liked that we can see the kids play while adults are enjoying themselves. The food was awesome, my only disappointed part was the pork belly said crispy skin & it wasn't but will be back again.
